Calendar of Square and Round Dances
Hints
-
Searches are not case sensitive.
-
It is better to include as little information as necessary to find
the event that interests you. Since all your words must be found in
the event listing, it
takes only one incorrect or misspelled word to ruin your search.
-
You can specify a club name or part of a club name. If you're not
sure how to spell the club name, try entering only the part you
do know.
-
You can specify a caller name or cuer name. You can count on the
database having last names but not necessarily first names.
-
You can enter gay to find events that are on the IAGSDC
calendar, or are put on by gay-friendly organizations.
-
You can specify rounds to obtain events that have full-time
rounds.
-
You can enter a level. The event levels are: Newer, Mainstream,
Plus, A1, A2, C1, C2, C3A, C3, and C4. An event is considered
a match if it matches any of the levels you specify.
-
You can enter a state name. The name must be all one word to be
recognized as a state name, for example, northcarolina.
You can also enter canada to find dances there. The
database currently has dances in 30 different states, two
Canadian provinces, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and England.
