Starting formation		any line or wave.
Ending formation		facing lines of 4.

Explode. New centers spin the top but the ends of the wave move straight forward rather than curving in. New ends Circulate, bend, and face to the center.

All form 2 right hand stars; turn about 1/4 until those who moved straight forward in the spin the top can break out (as in Circle to a Line) to form facing lines of 4.
